Eyedea is video steaming and messaging platform that enables person to person or group interaction based on their similar interests, using real time video communication through Mobile devices. The application empowers the users with the tools and services to individually or collaboratively create and share original video content in real time, with family and friends. Features -Fast, simple, and fun way to stay in touch with your family and friends. -Share content in real time using the forward or backward camera of your mobile devices. -Edit media before publishing your streams. -Playback on demand Our application originally targeted students, however after competing in the Dobson Cup Competition, a competition that rewards entrepreneurs for novel ideas, we concluded that our product solves a real problem but needs to be positioned for a more appreciative segment. Applying the lean startup development method, we decided to pivot customer segment and value capture strategies.
