Reusing metro carts, we will build a 3 stories high, fully 4 season functional building. It will, host on the first floor, a 3rd wave café that will become a microbrewery reseller at night. To be part of the green mouvement it will only sale eco-responsible products. On the second and third floor a emergent artist creative space will give emergent artist a space to expose their piece in very different exposition all around the year. The goal of this structure is to give emergent artist and local producer a visibility they wouldn't otherwise get. Running on the hype the building will create we plan on creating a new market for affordable art piece from local artists. The café will be a window to promote local products that deserve to be recognized.
