Boîte à Concours

Boîte à Concours is a private Facebook platform for contests and sweepstakes. This B2B service has been in operation for a few years. It provides agencies with exactly the services they require in this bilingual market and the solution does not require the participant to accept a Facebook application. It is sticky and viral with about 50-54% of participants sharing the contests on their wall. There are many baked in goodies in this obsessively tracked platform however, it requires two updates per year to keep up with Facebook and browser updates. Creating this optimized yet 100% 'skinnable' system has allowed me to deliver promotions in less than 48 hours. This self-funded product was borne out of a specific need voice by a longtime client and collaborator. Going into 2014, this bespoke boutique service will be mainly operated by one of my clients giving me the freedom to develop my 6th (!) start-up or pursue other interesting opportunities.
